José Gabriel Herrera Ordaz

José Gabriel Herrera Ordaz has a diverse work experience in finance and audit. José Gabriel started their career as an Accountant Analyst at Reyna & Asociados, where they performed various accounting tasks and prepared financial statements. José Gabriel then worked as an Accountant at Venafin Servicios Financieros, C.A., where they handled bookkeeping, financial reporting, and provided support to the Human Resources department. José then joined PwC Venezuela as an Assurance Supervisor, where they performed audit tests and ensured compliance with audit objectives. José Gabriel continued their career at PwC Colombia as an Assurance Manager, coordinating and overseeing assurance work and managing projects. José later joined PwC Nederland as an Assurance Senior Manager, where they were responsible for planning, executing, and completing assurance work and communicating with key management personnel. Currently, they are serving as the Finance Director Makro Group at SHV, where they are responsible for regional finance control, audit support, and procurement initiatives. José has demonstrated strong skills in finance, audit, project management, and communication throughout their career.

José Gabriel Herrera Ordaz has a diverse education history. José Gabriel holds a course in Valuation and Value Metrics from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, completed in 2022. Prior to that, they earned an MBA in finance and business controlling from the same university, completed between 2020 and 2021. José Gabriel also has a specialization in tax management from Universidad José María Vargas, obtained from 2007 to 2009. Their undergraduate degree is in Accounting and Finance, which they earned from Universidad de Oriente (VE) between 2000 and 2006.
