Renske Paans-Over

Renske Paans-Over is an experienced HR executive currently serving as CHRO at SHV since September 2024. Prior to this, Renske held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Robeco from February 2023 to September 2024, and CHRO at Randstad from December 2017 to February 2023, where responsibilities included global talent management and HR business partnerships across various regions. Renske's experience also encompasses significant roles at Tata Steel in Europe as Global Head of Talent and HR Director, as well as various HR leadership positions at KPN and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Renske's educational background includes degrees from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and the University of Amsterdam, with a focus on European Studies.
