Parth Tilak

Parth Tilak has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in a management role at Spectra since March 2022. Prior to this position, Parth worked as an Officer Assistant in HR at HSCC (India) Limited from August 2013 to March 2022 and began a career in HR as an Admin Assistant at PVR Pictures Ltd from July 2012 to July 2013. Parth holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, completed in October 2022, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from IIMS-Pune, achieved in 2012.
