Michael Helms

Michael Helms currently serves as Recruitment Manager at The Shyft Group since July 2022 and as Recruitment Business Manager at BCG Digital Ventures since January 2022, where involvement is with BCG GAMMA, focusing on advanced analytics and innovative solutions. Previously, Michael held the role of Recruitment Business Manager at John Deere from April 2021 to January 2022. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from Indiana University Bloomington, awarded in May 1983, and a Master’s degree in Business Education from the University of Indianapolis, which is currently in progress.
