Pam Kermisch

Pam Kermisch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and customer engagement. Currently serving as a Board Member at The Shyft Group and Greater Twin Cities United Way, Pam has previously held significant roles at Polaris Inc., including Chief Customer Growth Officer, Chief Customer Engagement and Growth Officer, and VP of ORV Marketing. Earlier experience includes leadership positions in integrated marketing at General Mills and Big G Cereals, Yoplait, and Convenience & Foodservice. Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained from 1992 to 1996.
