Laura Ihinosen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2009, they worked at Interlink Technologies and Management Systems Ltd, where they held multiple positions including Sales Officer/Cashier, Front Desk Officer/Trainer, Administrative Supervisor, Head of Corporate Affairs, Assist. Manager/Branch Head/Consultancy Desk Officer, Admin/HR Manager, and Marketing Manager. In 2012, Laura became the Chief Operations Officer at Palm Nectar Breweries Ltd., where they managed budgeting, policy implementation, and the overall organizational structure. Laura joined Novo Health Africa in 2020 as a Regional Manager, and later became the Head of Client Services. Laura was responsible for developing systems and processes to improve client service activities, managing customer support teams, and driving business growth. Currently, Laura is working as a Customer Success Manager at SHYFT Power Solutions, starting in 2022.

Laura Ihinosen has a strong educational background with a focus on business administration and management. Laura obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Unicaf, studying from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) from 2019 to 2020.

In terms of their undergraduate education, Laura earned a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Benin, studying from 2004 to 2009.
