Cathy Ludwig

Cathy Ludwig is the Co-Founder & COO at Shyft Solutions. Cathy has over 7 years of experience in the software industry. Prior to Shyft Solutions, they were the Director of Software Solutions at PEMDAS Technologies & Innovations, a software engineering company, for 2 years. Before that, they were a Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman and an Electrical Engineer at the US Army Corps of Engineers. Cathy started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida.

Cathy Ludwig holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology and Mathematics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Cathy also holds certifications from the Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

They are on a team with Kelly Hendricks - Product Owner, Haley Penne - Director, Talent Resources, and Justin Worrell - Co-Founder & CTO. Their manager is Eric Reichwaldt, Co-Founder & CEO.
