Lionel Hermans

Lionel Hermans has an extensive work experience beginning in 1996. Lionel was the General Manager at Cybercom PC Systems, where they worked on computer spare parts, full systems, security systems and infrastructures for big companies or institutions. From 1999 to 2011, they served as the CEO and Founder of Vroom.be (Bluestar Interactive SA), where they developed brand strategy and statistics systems, as well as increased web site traffic and advertising revenue. In 2009, they became the Owner and Managing Partner of Redflag Racing & Events, where they organized events related to racing and served as a driving instructor. Also in 2009, they were the CEO Power Balance BeLux/DK for Power Balance BENELUX, where they were the exclusive distributor of Power Balance wristbands. From 2000 to 2014, they were the Senior Integrator and Design department at Digital Age Design (DAD) | DigitasLBi Belgium, where they built websites for Belgium.be, Bmw.be, and Toyota. In 2014, they co-founded Ezilize.com, where they were responsible for validating a new business concept and raising online confidence between individuals. Lionel also became the Managing Partner of Blackbee - Visual Communication, where they maintained existing customers and generated more leads. Finally, in 2017, they became the CEO & Founder of Shyfter.co, where they transformed and solved staff scheduling problems through web and mobile applications.

Lionel Hermans completed a Tactical Combat Casualty Care, Emergency Medicine and TCCC Provider course from the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians in 2017. Lionel also attended IDB from 1990 to 1996.
