Florian Overhand

Florian Overhand has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2014. From 2014-2016, they worked as a Recruiter and VCU Coordinator at VONDERS and as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Werktech B.V. From 2016-2017, they worked as a Sales Representative for Direct Result, a Ski Instructor for Skischule Fürstauer, and a Sales Representative for DHL Parcel. In 2017, they completed a six-month backpacking trip in South-East Asia, and in 2019, they worked as Business Development for Worth Internet Systems and as a Graduation Research MSc. for Birds.ai. Most recently, they have been working as a Business Consultant for Shypple since 2021.

Florian Overhand has a varied educational background. Florian obtained their HAVO from melanchthon bergschenhoek in 2012. Florian then went on to complete a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Small Business and Retail Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2016. In the same year, they also earned a Bachelor in International Sales & Marketing Management from IBA Erhvervsakademi Kolding. Finally, they completed their Master of Science - MSc. in Consultancy and Entrepreneurship from Rotterdam Business School in 2019. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: SalesRESPECT Expert from SalesRESPECT\u00ae in 2020 and Digital Transformation from Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2020.
