Mohammad Arshad Shafiq

Mohammad Arshad Shafiq is the Head of Support at SI Global Solutions since April 2023. Prior to that, Mohammad Arshad worked as an Enterprise Support Engineer at SI Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd and as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Micro Innovations & Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. In their previous role at Ora-Tech Systems, Mohammad Arshad was a System Support Engineer. Mohammad Arshad Shafiq has a Bachelor's degree in ICT from Allama Iqbal Open University and a background in Arts and Biology from Board of Intermediate Education Karachi and Karachi Public School, respectively. Mohammad Arshad's expertise lies in providing support for various IT systems and equipment such as Dell Systems, Laptops, Printers, and UPS, as well as network administration and data center management.
