Carolyn Anthes Garrett

Carolyn Anthes Garrett has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Carolyn started their career at ExxonMobil and held various engineering positions from 1998 to 2003. Carolyn then joined ISP as a Process Engineer in 2005 before moving to Afton Chemical. At Afton Chemical, they held several roles including Operations Supervisor, Operations Area Manager, Operations Manager, Plant Manager, Sr. Project Engineering Manager, and Sr. Manufacturing Excellence Manager from 2006 to 2017. Currently, they are Vice President of Global Engineering at SI Group, starting in 2023.

Carolyn Anthes Garrett received their Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University from 1993 to 1998. Carolyn later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance, General from the University of Houston, from 1999 to 2001.
