Lena Stanek

Lena Stanek is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the HR Manager for Switzerland and Italy at SI Group since April 2023, Lena previously held key roles at Ovivo Switzerland AG, including Head of Human Resources and HR Business Partner from November 2018 to March 2023. Earlier experience includes various HR positions at ACINO, such as HR Business Partner and Payroll & Compensation Manager, from January 2014 to October 2018. Prior to that, Lena worked at Endress+Hauser Gruppe as an HR Coordinator and Trainee in HR Development from September 2012 to December 2013. Lena’s educational background includes a HR Fachausweis Fachrichtung A from AKAD, and degrees in Biology, German Studies, and Education from Technische Universität Darmstadt and University of Konstanz.
