Nikki W. is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at SI Group since February 2023, Nikki previously held the same position at Unifi from September 2021 to February 2023. Prior to that role, Nikki worked at Olin as a Human Resources Specialist Tech, and at Trinidad Drilling as a Human Resources Advisor. Nikki's career began at Caterpillar Inc., where multiple roles were undertaken, including Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Representative, Senior Payroll Analyst, and Recruiter. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Southern New Hampshire University and has additional education from Illinois Central College.
