Audrey Brassart

Audrey Brassart has extensive experience in real estate development and project management, currently serving as Chargée de missions foncières at Groupe SIA since April 2015. Responsibilities include developing a network of real estate developers, conducting financial feasibility studies, ensuring compliance with company standards, and preparing project presentations for the Foncier Committee. Prior to this role, Audrey worked as a Développeur foncier at Sia Habitat and as Chargée de missions for the Communauté d’agglomeration de Béthune Bruay Artois Lys Romane. Audrey's educational background includes a Master DTAE and a Licence professionnelle CDHEU from Université d'Artois, complemented by a BTS in Professions Immobilières from Lycée Louis Pasteur.
