Sophie Moreau

Sophie Moreau is a seasoned professional in human resources and digital transformation, currently serving as Responsable développement humain at Groupe SIA since June 2017. Responsibilities include the creation and optimization of development plans, management of People Review processes, and implementation of individualized development actions. Previously, Sophie held various HR roles, including Responsable digitalisation and SIRH, where significant contributions were made in deploying HR information systems and fostering digital innovations. Sophie also has academic experience as a Chargé d’enseignement vacataire at IAE Valenciennes, imparting knowledge on SIRH and digitalization to Master’s students. With a strong educational background, including a Master’s in Human Resource Management from IAE Lille, Sophie continues to enhance skills through ongoing certifications.
