Christine Andrukonis

Christine Andrukonis is a seasoned organizational transformation expert currently serving as the New York Market Leader and Partner at Sia Partners since June 2015. With over 250 employees under her leadership, Christine oversees strategy and client engagement across various business units and industry sectors. Prior to joining Sia Partners, Christine founded Notion Consulting, which focused on organizational design and change management, successfully leading the firm through its acquisition by Sia Partners to enhance its service offerings. Additional roles include membership in the Forbes New York Business Council and serving as Adjunct Faculty at Cornell University. Christine's prior experience includes significant positions at Ketchum Change, Satori Consulting, American Express, and Lockheed Martin, complemented by an MS in Organization Development and Change from American University and a BS in Management and Organizations from Penn State University.
