Emma Gousseau

Emma Gousseau's work experience includes various roles in talent acquisition and recruitment. Emma started their career at Crédit Mutuel and CIC as a Conseillère accueil. Later, they worked at the Conseil départemental de Loir-et-Cher as an Assistante Développement des Ressources Humaines. Emma then joined CIC again as an Assistante Recrutement et Carrières. After that, they worked at Decathlon France as a Chargée de recrutement et de relations écoles. Emma then moved to PwC France as a Chargée de recrutement Audit. Currently, they are working at Sia Partners as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, after having started as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Emma Gousseau attended Sciences Po Lille from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued a Master's degree in Strategy and Communication of Organizations, focusing on International Business and Finance. Prior to that, they studied at the Lycée Gabriel Guist'hau in Nantes from 2011 to 2013, where they completed a preparatory course in Letters and Social Sciences (B/L). Emma also completed their high school education at Lycée Sainte Croix - Saint Euverte Orléans from 2008 to 2011, earning a Baccalauréat ES.
