Izabela Stankiewicz

Izabela Stankiewicz is a Senior Manager at Sia Partners, where involvement in a large-scale post-acquisition IT integration program within the healthcare sector has been a key focus since March 2020. Prior to this role, Izabela served as a Consulting Manager and Assistant Manager at EY from 2018 to 2020, contributing to initiatives such as the MIFID Directive implementation and GDPR compliance in the banking sector. Izabela's experience also includes serving as a Business Analyst and Assistant Project Manager at IBM, managing a portfolio in the USA and Canada from 2016 to 2018, and being part of the leadership team at CHEP from 2006 to 2015. In terms of education, Izabela holds a Level 6 QQI Project Management Professional certification from the Communication and Management Institute in Dublin, a Diploma in Supervisory and Management from IBAT College, and both a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from institutions in Poland.
