Roberts Neilands

Roberts Neilands has extensive experience in the field of water engineering and technology, currently serving as a Strategic Planning Engineer at SIA Rīgas ūdens since September 2013, with previous roles as Chief Engineer in various departments, focusing on infrastructure development and technical aspects of water supply and sewerage networks. Concurrently, Roberts has been involved in academia as an Assistant Professor and Associate Professor at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte, contributing to the Water Engineering and Technology Department since 2006. Prior experience includes self-employment as a water supply and sewerage engineer and a project leader at Hidro Standarts Ltd. Roberts holds a Dr.Sc.Eng. and an M.Sc.Eng. from Riga Technical University, enhancing expertise in water engineering.
