Raffaele Ferrari

Raffaele Ferrari is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in chemical engineering and research. Currently, Raffaele holds the position of Project Manager at SIAD S.p.A. since February 2020, after serving in the same role at Legnoenergia srl from July 2017 to January 2020, where responsibilities included managing a biomass gasification CHP plant and enhancing plant productivity and automation. Raffaele's previous roles include R&D Engineer at SICAD SpA, postdoctoral fellow at ETH Zurich focusing on polysaccharide-stabilized latexes, and visiting researcher at Istituto Mario Negri, contributing to cancer research. Raffaele completed a PhD in Industrial Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, where the thesis involved biodegradable nanoparticles, complemented by a Master’s degree from the same institution and research experiences at ETH Zurich and Queen's University.
