Neeraj Serpaul

Neeraj Serpaul serves as the Australia & New Zealand Business Development Director at SIAE MICROELETTRONICA since April 2018, focusing on driving commercial growth in telecom and enterprise sectors across the region. Previous experience includes roles as Sales Director for Dark Fibre Africa, where Neeraj oversaw regional sales strategy in Sub-Saharan Africa, and as Key Account Manager, delivering fiber solutions to leading telecom clients. Earlier positions included Sales Manager at Aviat Networks, Account Manager and Tendering Manager at Alcatel-Lucent, and Technical Project Manager, facilitating critical telecom projects. Neeraj holds an MBA from Unisa SBL, a Management Advanced Programme from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a BSc in Electronic Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
