Kejnattha Tharadolpornphitak has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kejnattha worked at Siam City Cement from 2016, where they held multiple roles including Head of Talent and Organization (COE), Head of Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Business Partner Manager, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to that, they were an Education Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from 2014 to 2016. Before that, they served as the Spa and Fitness Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG™) from 2011 to 2014. Kejnattha began their career at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as the Spa Operations Manager from 2006 to 2010.

Kejnattha Tharadolpornphitak holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Finance from Chiang Mai University, earned between 1998 and 2002. Kejnattha also completed a Mini Master in Human Resources at Chulalongkorn University.
