Kerry Chia

Kerry Chia has extensive work experience in the trading and shipping industry. Kerry started their career at Pan United Corporation Ltd in 1994, where they managed a fleet of 15 coastal/bulk vessels and handled trading activities. Kerry then moved on to LafargeHolcim in 1998, where they held various roles, including Trading Manager and Senior Trading Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for trading activities in multiple countries and regions, as well as managing a team of Trading/Ops managers. Kerry also had oversight of the Gypsum portfolio for the entire Holcim Trading office. In 2016, Kerry joined Siam City Cement as the Head of Exports, Trading, and Overseas Terminals.

Kerry Chia attended IMD in 2007 to complete the Holcim Leadership Programme. In 2005, Kerry Chia enrolled at the University of St.Gallen for the Holcim Management Programme. Earlier, in 1993-1994, Kerry Chia studied at the Australian Maritime College, where they pursued Advance Marine Operation incorporating Mates Class 1. Finally, Kerry Chia obtained a Diploma in Nautical Studies from Singapore Polytechnic in 1987-1988.
