Pandita Dhammasri-On

Pandita Dhammasri-on is a seasoned human resources professional with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Siam City Cement since April 2010, Pandita has previously held the role of Senior Human Resource Specialist at HGST, a Western Digital company, from June 2007 to March 2010, and worked as a Human Resource Development Officer at Mattel, Inc. from March 2004 to January 2006. During the early career, Pandita gained valuable experience as a Training Officer at IBM from January 2001 to March 2004. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Chulalongkorn University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences from Chiang Mai University.
