Kumpanat Dumkaew is an experienced HRIS and Analytics Manager currently employed at Siam Piwat since May 2023, responsible for overseeing HRIS system design, implementation, and management while ensuring data accuracy and functionality. Prior to this role, Kumpanat served as Senior HRIS Manager at Asset World Corporation from February 2019 to September 2023, and held the position of Human Resources Information System Manager at Premier Group of Companies Thailand from May 2015 to January 2019. Additional experience includes serving as HRIS & Intelligence Manager at Ananda Development Plc., Assistant IT Manager at T-Holding Co., Ltd., HRIS & E-Projects Senior Supervisor at Thai Union Group PCL., and as Senior Customer Experience Training at Advanced Info Service Plc. Kumpanat holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, both from Sripatum University.
