Tuchaphong Chumsai Na Ayudhya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience strategy and digital products. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience Strategy at Siam Piwat since April 2022, Tuchaphong has previously held significant roles including VP of Digital Products at dtac, Go-to-Market Lead for Thailand and Malaysia at Google, and Chief Operating Officer at LINE MOBILE (TH). Tuchaphong's earlier positions include AVP of Corporate Strategy and Business Innovation at DTAC and Senior Associate Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting. Tuchaphong holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Chulalongkorn University, obtained in 2007.
