Karolina V. has a diverse work experience. Karolina started their career as an Accounting Intern at Ryterna Group in 2015, where they assisted in preparing financial statements and handled document verification and archiving. Following that, they worked as an Office Manager at Lenbra JSC from 2016 to 2018, where they were responsible for maintaining office efficiency and handling client inquiries. Karolina then joined Luminor Group as a Client Manager in 2018, where they advised individual clients on various financial products and made credit decisions. Their most recent role is with Šiaulių Bankas, where they serve as a Customer Claims Manager, a position they started in November 2020.

Karolina V. obtained a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Business Big Data Analytics from Kaunas University of Technology, where they studied from 2015 to 2017.
