Monika Diksė

Monika Diksė has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Monika currently holds the position of Customer Service Manager at Šiaulių Bankas since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at BITĖ Lietuva as a Key Account Manager in 2021. Monika also spent several years at Citadele bankas Lietuvoje, where they held various roles including Customer Support Manager from 2016 to 2020, Business Development Specialist in 2015, and Sales Manager in 2014.

Monika Diksė completed their Higher Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Lietuvos verslo kolegija from 2010 to 2014. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Management degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General at Klaipeda University from 2019 to 2021.
