Tomas Dautoras has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Tomas is currently the Head of the Non-Financial Risk Department at Šiaulių Bankas since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) at Scorify from October 2020 to April 2021.
Tomas also worked at Luminor Group, where they held various positions. Tomas was the Head of Special Projects and Acting Head of Model Validation from July 2020 to October 2020. Tomas also served as the Head of Risk Programmes (Comprehensive Assessment and IRB) Department from March 2020 to June 2020. Additionally, Tomas worked as the ECB Comprehensive Assessment Programme Manager from September 2019 to March 2020. Previously, they held the roles of Head of Risk Strategy and Planning from March 2019 to September 2019, and Head of Group Risk Analysis from October 2017 to March 2019.
Before Luminor Group, Tomas worked at DNB for a significant period. Tomas was the Head of Risk Analysis Baltics from October 2015 to October 2017, where they managed a team of risk professionals across the Baltic countries. Tomas also served as the Head of Risk Analysis Department from March 2015 to October 2015. Prior to that, they held several senior positions such as Senior Advisor and Risk Coordinator Baltics from August 2014 to March 2015, and Senior Vice President and Risk Coordinator for Baltics and Poland from July 2011 to July 2014. Tomas started their career at DNB as an Analyst in November 2000 and progressed to the managerial roles of Manager of the Financial Risk Department from January 2007 to July 2011, and Manager of Liquidity and Market Risk Unit in the Financial Risk Department from May 2001 to January 2007.
Tomas began their professional journey as an FX Dealer at AB Lietuvos taupomasis bankas in 1998, where they gained experience in foreign exchange trading.
Throughout their career, Tomas Dautoras has demonstrated expertise in risk management, financial analysis, strategic planning, and program management.
Tomas Dautoras obtained their Master's degree from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University from the year 1994 to 2000. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) from the GARP SCR Program in May 2023, and in Introduction to ESG from the Corporate Finance Institute in June 2021.
