Derek Gant

Derek Gant has extensive experience in sales and business development. Derek began their career in 1994 as a Country Manager Brazil and International Account Manager for Scientific Atlanta. In 1997, they moved to Cable and Wireless Panama as Director of Sales and Marketing and Director of Commercial Operations. In 1999, they joined Neteffect Corporation as Vice President of International and Managing Director Europe. In 2002, they co-founded Trusted Network Technologies and held the role of Vice President of Sales, Business Development, and Operations. From 2006 to 2012, they worked at Symantec in various roles, including Senior Sales Manager and Principal Product Manager for Vulnerability and Configuration Management and Vice President of Sales and Client Services. In 2013, they were Vice President of Sales at Activ Technologies, Inc. and then moved to Ammacore Inc. as Vice President of Strategic Accounts in 2014. In 2017, they joined SAI Global as Vice President Sales - Digital Manager-360. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Head of Sales and Business Development - USA at SiB Solutions.

Derek Gant attended Georgia College & State University from 1980 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems. Derek is currently enrolled at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, but has not yet completed a degree.
