Thomas Kubiak is currently serving as the Head of Quality/ Environment at SIBA GmbH since April 2000. He also holds the position of Quality Manager. Prior to this, he worked as a Planungsingenieur (Neuanlauf) at VDO Adolf Schindling AG from 1993 to March 2000. Thomas started his career as a Studentische Hilfskraft at Fraunhofer IML from October 1989 to December 1992. He obtained his Dipl.-Ing. degree in Maschinenbau (Fertigungstechnik) from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, he completed his Ausbildung as a Werkzeugmacher at VDO Adolf Schindling AG from 1985 to 1988.
