Karen Kanjee is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in total rewards and consulting. Currently serving as VP Total Reward at Sibanye-Stillwater, Karen has previously held roles as a Consulting Specialist at both McKinsey & Company and Air Liquide. At Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, Karen contributed as the Group Reward and HR Systems Manager. Additionally, Karen has served as the Principal Officer for the Naspers Medical Scheme and the Multichoice Retirement Fund at Naspers Limited.
