Kleantha Pillay holds a MBA degree from the University of Cambridge, which they obtained in 2005. In 2015, they completed the Anglo Management Programme at IESE Business School. Earlier in their education, they earned an M.Sc.Eng degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2001 and a B.Sc.Eng degree in Chemical Engineering from the same university in 1999. In 2017, they expanded their expertise by completing an Executive Education program in Digital Business Strategy at Columbia Business School.
