Molebogeng went on to earn a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics from North-West University in 2001. In 2009, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at the same university. Additionally, in 2017-2018, Molebogeng completed an Emerging Leadership program at the University of Cape Town. Molebogeng further enhanced their expertise through a Management Development program at the University of the Free State in 2007. In the future, Molebogeng plans to enroll in the ESG & Sustainability Leadership program at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
