Molebogeng Motabogi-Moseki has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Molebogeng currently holds the position of Head of Community Engagement & Development at Sibanye-Stillwater since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Manager-Community Engagement & Development at Sibanye-Stillwater from October 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining Sibanye-Stillwater, Molebogeng was the Managing Director of Mbamoba Compliance Solutions Pty Ltd., where they offered transformation solutions in the Mining Charter and the DTI codes of good practice. Their role involved conscripting Social and Labour plans, Mining Charter Annual Compliance reports, and implementing strategies for elements such as Socio-Economic Development, Enterprise, and Supplier Development.

Molebogeng also has experience working at South32 as a Corporate Affairs Manager and Community Development Manager, and at Assmang Manganese Black Rock Mine Operations as an SED Manager. Molebogeng started their career at Tsantsabane Local Municipality as a Local Economic Development Officer and has also worked as a State Accountant at the Department of Health-North West and Trainee State Accountant at the Department of Finance-Centralised Creditors Payments.

Molebogeng holds an MBA in Finance and a B.Com degree in Economics and Management. Molebogeng has 14 years of experience in the Finance and Socio-Economic Development field, with a strong analytical mindset, attention to numeric detail, and knowledge of government prescripts.

Molebogeng Motabogi-Moseki has a diverse education history. In 1996, they completed their matric at Tswelelopele High School, with a focus on Maths & Science. Molebogeng went on to earn a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics from North-West University in 2001. In 2009, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at the same university. Additionally, in 2017-2018, Molebogeng completed an Emerging Leadership program at the University of Cape Town. Molebogeng further enhanced their expertise through a Management Development program at the University of the Free State in 2007. Molebogeng also pursued specialized certifications, including an Applied Directorship program from Sirdar in 2019 and a Sustainability course from LSE Online in 2023. Recently, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to study Political Science and Government, specifically focusing on Sustainability. In the future, Molebogeng plans to enroll in the ESG & Sustainability Leadership program at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
