Thabisile Phumo, APR, FPRISA, currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Stakeholder Relations at Sibanye-Stillwater, a position held since 2017, and also heads Stakeholder Relations. In addition, Thabisile Phumo is an Executive Committee Member of the World Communication Forum Association since April 2022 and serves as Chairperson at Group Technical Security Management since July 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Communications and Vice President at Sibanye Gold since January 2014. Thabisile Phumo’s educational background includes an Executive Leadership Development Programme from GIBS in 2014 and multiple qualifications in corporate communication, project management, and public relations management from various institutions, including UZ, UJ, WBS, PRISA, DAMELIN, and GIBS.
