Natalia Koroleva

Natalia Koroleva has a wealth of work experience in the Human Resources field. Natalia began their career in 2006 as an HR Manager at the Recruitment Agency "Partner". In this role, they were responsible for negotiations with potential employers, recruitment processes, document and contract work, database management, and preparation of advertising information in the media. In 2008, they moved to Elita as an HR Generalist, where they managed the recruitment process, discussed job requirements, advertised position openings, screened applications, scheduled testing, conducted interviews, and conducted employee reference checks. In 2010, they joined Auriga as Deputy HR Director, where they were responsible for recruitment, retention, and appraisal processes in all company branches. Natalia also managed the HR team and was involved in pre-sale activities such as information analysis, staffing plans development, and preparation of employee and candidate summaries. In 2021, Natalia Koroleva was appointed HR Director at Sibedge.

Natalia Koroleva attended Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (NNGASU) from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Specialist degree in International Law.
