Joe Siciliano

Joe Siciliano has extensive work experience in firmware and software engineering spanning over several decades. Joe is currently serving as a Principal Firmware Engineer at Sibel Health, where they have held this position since December 2022. Prior to joining Sibel Health, Joe worked as a Software Engineering Manager at Robertshaw from May 2021 to December 2022. Before that, they worked at Vitesco Technologies as a Software Engineering Manager starting in April 2017.

Joe also has a strong background in embedded software engineering. Joe worked as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Motorola Solutions from May 2014, where they were part of a team responsible for creating proof-of-concept and low-volume specialty products. Earlier in their career, Joe worked at Continental as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer from December 2004 to May 2014. Joe also worked at Motorola Solutions as a Senior Software Engineer from October 1996 to July 2006.

Joe's career in software engineering began at Bosch North America, where they worked as a Software Engineer from September 1994 to October 1996. Overall, Joe Siciliano has accrued extensive experience in firmware and software engineering roles throughout their career.
