Dan Prophater

Dan Prophater is the Vice President of Operations for Glass Recycling North America at Sibelco Group, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, Dan worked in various capacities at Visteon Corporation from 1999 to 2004, including Technical Sales and Engineering. Dan also served as a Senior Analyst at Cinergy from 2005 to 2007 and later became the Director of Material Aggregation Programs at Supply Dynamics LLC between 2006 and 2008. Additionally, Dan managed operations at The David J. Joseph Company from 2011 to 2013 and held regional leadership positions at Schnitzer Steel from 2020 to 2025. Dan earned an MS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from The Ohio State University and the University of Michigan, respectively.
