Najah Z.

Najah Z. has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Najah started their career at Deloitte as an HR Officer in 2009 and worked there until 2012. Najah then joined SAIC Capital as an HR Generalist from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they moved on to Wrike, where they served as an HR Generalist until 2017. Najah then joined Carta as the Head of HR from 2017 to 2018. Najah then worked at Blameless as the Head of HR from 2018 to 2020. From 2018 to 2021, they also held the position of Head of People at Magic. Currently, Najah is employed at Sibly as a Senior Manager, People, starting in November 2020.

From 2006 to 2009, Najah Z. attended the University of Wollongong in Dubai, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.
