Kimberly Blumke has 25 years of work experience in the education field. Kimberly began their career in 1995 as a Middle School Language Arts Educator for Wolverine Community Schools. In 1997, they moved to Inland Lakes Schools, where they served as a K-12 Instructional Coach and Assessment Coordinator and an Elementary Educator. In 2014, they became a Teacher Ambassador for Jossey-Bass Publishers. In 2016, they began working for CHEBOYGAN-OTSEGO-PRESQUE ISLE E.S.D. as an Early Literacy Coach/Consultant. In 2022, they joined both Sibme and #TEACH as a Virtual Coach.

Kimberly Blumke has obtained a K-12 Administrator Certificate from Eastern Michigan University, a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Grand Valley State University, a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Child Development Major with a Language Arts Minor from Central Michigan University, and an Associate's Degree in General Studies from North Central Michigan College. Kimberly also holds a K-12 Administrator License, a K-8 Teaching License, a MI Excel Blueprint Comprehensive Needs Assessment Certification, a MI Excel Blueprint Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) Certification, a MI Excel Blueprint Technical Certification, MI Excel Content Coaching Certificates, an Online Instruction Certificate from Central Michigan University, and a Teaching At-Risk Readers Certificate from Michigan State University.
