Nuno Correia

Nuno Correia has extensive work experience in the IT operations and infrastructure field. Nuno began their career as an IT Trainer in various companies from 1990 to 1992. From 1992 to 1995, they worked as a Software Developer at JM Santos. Nuno then joined TMN – Telecomunicações Móveis Nacionais, where they held multiple roles including Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, Head of IT Development Team, and Deputy Director for IT Operations of OSS. Nuno was responsible for managing IT operations, leading development teams, and driving projects related to billing systems and customer lifecycle management. In 2009, Nuno joined PT Sistemas de Informação, S.A. as an IT Operations Manager for the Wireless business and later became the Deputy Director for IT Operations of Portugal Telecom, taking charge of IT service delivery in the areas of OSS, BSS, BI, and EAI. From 2014 to 2016, Nuno held the position of Deputy Director for IT Operations at Portugal Telecom, where they were responsible for the Service Management Office and ensuring IT processes aligned with ISO 20000 standards. Since 2016, Nuno has been working at SIBS as the IT Operations and Infrastructure Director.

From 1987 to 1992, Nuno Correia studied at Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia - Universidade Nova de Lisboa. The degree name and field of study during this period are not specified.
