Tessa Frost

Tessa Frost is an experienced IT leader with a robust background in infrastructure, operations, and digital transformation. Currently serving as the IT Infrastructure and Operations Director for Europe at BIC since March 2020, Tessa has previously held the role of IT Transition Manager for Group Functions at BIC. Tessa's experience at Gîtes de France from November 2017 to May 2019 involved managing and coordinating a digital transformation roadmap and liaising with General Management on strategic directions. Prior to Gîtes de France, Tessa spent over a decade at Transcom as the IT Director for Central and South Europe, focusing on IT services in customer relationship management. Tessa's career began at HP, where Tessa worked from August 1994 to July 2006 as an IT Program Manager, successfully migrating key business operations to a more efficient SAP-based architecture.
