Victor Phay

Victor Phay is an accomplished professional in Research and Development, currently serving as Vice President of Research and Development and Managing Director at SICK Sensor Intelligence since October 2013. With a history of progressive leadership roles, Victor has contributed to strategic development and implementation, elevated technical competencies across multiple divisions, and managed cross-continental teams at STMicroelectronics. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Application Engineer at Silicon Labs and a Research Engineer at A*STAR, where Victor was involved in multiple proof-of-concept projects. Victor holds a Master's degree in Embedded Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, as well as a Diploma with Merit in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic.
