Ayman Gadallah

Ayman Gadallah, EMBA, has a diverse work experience in the field of investment banking and finance. Ayman is currently serving as the Senior Vice President in the Investment Banking and Real Estate Department at SICO BSC (C). In this role, they are responsible for origination, execution, and placement/closure of corporate finance transactions. Ayman actively participates in transactions sourcing, coordinates day-to-day activities on active mandates, and manages a team of analysts and external advisers.

Prior to SICO BSC (C), Ayman worked as an Associate in Investment Banking at The First Investor from July 2011 to December 2013. Before that, they served as a Senior Analyst in Investment Banking at Prime Holding from August 2007 to June 2011. Ayman started their career as a Jr. Financial Consultant at AFB Consulting from November 2006 to July 2007.

Ayman also gained valuable experience through short-term roles as a Trainee at Barclays in August 2005 and at National Bank of Egypt in August 2003.

Ayman Gadallah, EMBA, completed their Executive Programme - Part Time Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Bayes Business School from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce - English Section, from 2002 to 2006. Ayman also holds additional certifications including School of M&A Finance & Execution from Euromoney in 2014 and is a CFA Level II Candidate from CFA Institute.
