Rafael Melo

Rafael Melo is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure solutions and DevOps practices. Currently serving as a Senior IT Analyst at Sicoob Confederação since June 2018, Rafael has successfully internalized previously outsourced operations while implementing advanced infrastructure solutions. Prior roles include IT Analyst at Indra, where Rafael focused on developing and automating infrastructure solutions, and IT Infrastructure Coordinator at SNEWS, responsible for technical support activities and resource management.
