Choon Chai Ng

Choon Chai Ng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software and application management, currently serving as a Product Owner at SICPA since April 2019, focusing on customer experience integration. Previously, Choon Chai held multiple roles at Shell Business Service Centre Sdn Bhd from April 2001 to September 2018, including Software License Advisor, where responsibilities included managing multimillion-dollar ERP software licenses, and Lead Business Analyst, leading significant projects in collaboration with major vendors. Earlier positions as an Application Specialist and Application Support Analyst involved managing complex global application suites and implementing IT support frameworks. Choon Chai began a career in software engineering at e-Business Sdn. Bhd., co-developing a patented electronic billing solution. Choon Chai holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
