Raymond Scheffler

Raymond Scheffler is a Senior Scientist at SICPA, with extensive experience in managing materials development projects and intellectual property for US R&D, including overseeing direct reports and assisting clients with field testing of custom spectrometer units. Notable achievements include the successful formulation of security inks, authoring grant proposals that secured over 4 million USD, and receiving the 2015 Presidential Innovation Award from SICPA. Prior roles include Associate Scientist at Cabot Corporation, where optimization of SERS nanoparticles and technology transfer were key responsibilities, and various research positions at esteemed institutions including the University of Florida, NASA Ames Research Center, and Stanford Research Institute.
