Ricardo Reis

Ricardo Reis, CSM, Esp., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system development and project leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at SICPA since April 2011, Ricardo is responsible for the development of critical systems, including the System Desk Service, which monitors and controls alarms across production lines. Previously, Ricardo held the position of Project Leader at Lumis EIP TI, where responsibilities included leading a team in the maintenance and development of corporate portals for major clients such as R7-Record and Magazine Luiza. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Developer at Accenture, focusing on J2EE and Struts for projects with VALE. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Intelligence Master from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and an MBA in Information Systems from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
