Stefano Gori

Stefano Gori has a diverse work experience starting in 2000 with Komax, where they served as a Customer Service Coordinator and later became a Customer Service Manager. Stefano was responsible for creating and managing the after-sales service department, including hiring technicians, setting up service structures and processes, and creating a service catalog.

In 2008, Gori joined Voumard Machines Co SARL as a Customer Service Manager. Stefano oversaw the Customer Service and After Sales Service department, managing machine installations, maintenance contracts, spare parts sales, and training programs.
