Guilherme Grezzana MacIel

Guilherme Grezzana Maciel is an experienced software engineer currently serving as a Tech Lead at Sicredi since August 2021, where responsibilities include leading a team in the development of the main mobile application, prioritizing technical demands, and defining scalable development strategies. Previously, Guilherme worked at IBM from February 2017 to July 2021, contributing as a software developer for a major bank's mobile app and as an Automated QA Test Developer, as well as gaining experience as an intern. Earlier roles include positions at Dell, JOBSYSTEM, Estrela Franquias, and Uniritter, emphasizing customer support, business analysis, and system maintenance.
